Simply send an email to orders@sohoskincare.com.au with a link to where you have found your product cheaper from another authorised online stockist. We will then validate that the cheaper product meets with our price match guarantee terms & conditions.
- We will not price match any items found on eBay or any other auction-based websites.
- Does not apply to online liquidation websites.
- Products matched must be in stock and available for immediate delivery. We do not price match out of stock items.
- We will only price match authorised & official Australian stockists and the price needs to be in Australian dollars.
- The Australian based website must be Australian owned and not of international origin.
- Genuine product authenticity must be verified by the Primary Australian product supplier before price match will take place.
- Price match will be on the normally listed sell price of the item. We do not price match specials or exclusively featured promotions.
- The competitor website needs to display the normal sell price, the Australia RRP of the item and the price must include GST.
- Price match will be on the total invoice, including all relevant shipping expenses.
- Does not apply to any offer using coupon codes or discount vouchers.
